Watch & Earn – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Watch & Earn mobile application (“App”, “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the App.

2. Description of the Service

Watch & Earn allows users to earn virtual tokens (“Tokens”) by watching advertisements or completing eligible activities. Tokens may be redeemed for digital gift cards or other rewards offered within the App. Tokens have no monetary value, are not real currency, and cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged outside of the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are not prohibited from using the Service by applicable laws.

4. User Obligations

Users agree that they will not:

• Use bots, emulators, scripts, VPN abuse, automated tools, or fraudulent methods to generate Tokens.
• Create multiple accounts, sell or transfer accounts.
• Attempt to manipulate advertisement delivery or rewards systems.
• Engage in any activity that may harm the App, advertisers, or other users.

Violation of this section may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all Tokens.

5. Tokens and Rewards

• Tokens are digital loyalty points with no cash value.
• The App may modify Token earning rates, redemption values, or available rewards at any time.
• Redemptions are subject to availability and may require identity verification.
• The company may deny or reverse redemptions if fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Advertisements

The App relies on third-party advertisement providers. We do not guarantee:

• the availability of ads
• the number of ads displayed
• the monetary value of ads
• uninterrupted ad delivery

You agree not to exploit advertisement systems for profit.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Fraud or abuse is detected
• Violation of these Terms occurs
• Required by law or ad partners
• The Service is discontinued

Upon termination, all Tokens and rewards may be voided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watch & Earn is not liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Third-party provider failures
• Loss of Tokens
• Data breaches caused by external parties
• Economic loss, indirect damages, or loss of profit

Your exclusive remedy is to stop using the App.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
